Projects that have been carried out since establishing Burrough Power Management Services (BPMS) in 2006 include:

- Review of commercial risks and identification of improvement potential for management of multiple international construction sites

- Management system review and development for a major international O&M provider

- Analysis of organisational requirements for power plant owner's suppervision of an O&M provider

- Support during an offer of a long-term maintenance contract for oil-fired steam power plants

- O&M support and due diligence reviews during mobilisation and commercial operation in several combined-cycle power plants

- Drafting of power plant O&M management procedures for use across multiple sites

- Development and supply of environmental, health and safety risk assessment procedures
